Nothing. We aim to keep a free basic version available. As the platform grows, we will likely introduce paid plans or premium features to support further development.

Is everything I see here already in BrikPlan?

Not everything yet. BrikPlan is under active development, some of the features shown here are still being built and will become available step by step.

How did BrikPlan come about?

BrikPlan grew out of our own experience as self-builders. We built the tool we were missing ourselves, hoping to help other builders and renovators get more overview and peace of mind.

Does my architect have to join?

You can start with your budget today on your own. BrikPlan really shines once your architect comes on board, inviting them takes one click from your project.

Does BrikPlan work for renovations?

Yes. Budget, quotes and decisions work exactly the same for a renovation as for a new build.

Can I bring my existing budget spreadsheet?

Yes. Moving your categories and estimates over takes a few minutes, and after that you never need the spreadsheet again.

What happens to my data?

Your data lives safely on European servers, with daily encrypted backups. It stays yours. If you no longer need BrikPlan, you can permanently delete your account and all your data with a single click. When you delete, you always get the option to request an export of all your data.
